Making the future of work today’s reality, Hipertalent’s workshops provide participating leaders with tangible transformation paths informed by data and instinct.

Our workshops are:

To do this, we ask that you commit time for:

  • 2 preparatory meetings of no more than 1 hour
  • 3-4 participant interviews prior to the workshop
  • Completing pre-read in advance of the workshop.

Design a radical career path for at least 1 participant per group. Everyone leaves with the pack to produce their own.

Reimagine core workflows through the lens of AI – how will creative work, recruitment and learning all be transformed?

Identify the use cases and safety guard rails you need to augment your workforces with AI.
