Bring Hipertalent onto your team! We advise select start-ups and VC funds seeking to transform the future of work. This covers product strategy, growth strategy and insight creation.

Our approach

We work with 3-4 start-ups or VC funds each year, either directly with Founders or their product and growth teams. Look upon us as a retained advisor, ready to challenge and expand your thinking whenever you need us.

What will you get?

Our founder, Grantley, will:

Provide 1-2-1 advice, up to 2 hours per week
Attend leadership team meetings, monthly or quarterly
Attend networking events and company days to better understand your people and proposition.

You will gain:

Advice on your value proposition and competitor positioning
Guidance on customer segmentation, targeting and outreach
Insights on future of work pain points and trends.

We don’t:

Participate in, or assume any responsibilities for, running your business
Make decisions, or directly assist in decision making
Provide financial advice or directly invest in individual start-ups.
